30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind every ONU case. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order at any point within the first 30 days of the product shipping to you for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs.

To start a return, email us at hello@onu.skin or visit onu.skin/pages/returns. Products should be returned in their original condition.

Unless we inform you otherwise, you are responsible for return shipping and handling charges, and you bear the risk of loss during shipment. Refunds are processed within approximately seven (7) business days of our receipt of your returned merchandise and are credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

This 30-day window also applies to the items in any subscription order, measured from the date each order ships. We offer no refunds on any products designated on the site as non-returnable or that are purchased from third-party retailers.
